Company Description

At Finspace Group, we’re an award-winning brokerage operating at the forefront of specialist lending - from Bridging and Refurbishment Finance to Commercial Mortgages and Development Loans.

Unlike most brokerages, we don’t depend on introducers. Our in-house lead generation team consistently delivers qualified, inbound enquiries from motivated investors and developers - meaning you’ll spend more time structuring deals and less time chasing them.

Role Description

Finspace is expanding its specialist lending division and is looking for experienced Brokers who want to work on more complex, higher-value transactions - from Bridging and Refurbishment to Commercial and Development finance.

We are seeking a motivated Broker to join our team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end process of commercial and residential property finance.

  • Work directly with inbound client enquiries
  • Assess borrower needs and structure tailored finance solutions (bridging, development, commercial, and investment)
  • Manage cases from enquiry through to completion, supported by our packaging and compliance team
  • Liaise with lenders, valuers, and solicitors to ensure smooth deal progression
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them make informed, strategic funding decisions
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and build lasting client relationships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Industry-Leading Commissions

As we generate the majority of our own business, (direct B2C), we are therefore not reliant on introducers, which means your commission is based on gross income you generate from the direct leads we provide and not on revenue splits with introducers. That means significantly higher earning potential - with our brokers typically banking between £250k and £500k per year.

Premier Lender Access

As a premier panel broker, we have enhanced relationships where we are offered exclusive products, faster turnaround times, and access to decision makers not available to most firms.

Smart Systems & Tech

Our CRM, quoting tools, and online portals make your workflow seamless and your customer experience stronger.

Positive Office Environment

Work with an experienced team in a genuinely supportive, upbeat setting where collaboration, good humour, and results go hand in hand. Success is recognised, effort is rewarded, and ongoing development is part of the culture.
