Nursery Practitioner – Regents Park Day Nursery & Preschool
Salary: £14.98 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Location: Regents Park, North-West London (10-min walk from Camden Town Station, 15-min walk from Great Portland Street Station)

The Role
As a member of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you’ll:
- Support colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, engaging children in fun, educational activities to promote key developmental milestones.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations, including preparing learning environments, maintaining rooms, and carrying out essential administrative tasks.
- Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere where children thrive while prioritising their safety, wellbeing, and happiness.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- A full, relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification, or equivalent (e.g., Childcare NVQ)
- Previous experience working with young children—whether as a Nursery Practitioner, Childminder, Nanny, Early Years Educator, or similar
- A passion for play-based, child-centred learning—you should care deeply about making learning meaningful and fun for every child
- Strong communication skills: Able to engage with children, parents, and colleagues in a clear, respectful manner
- Sound knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices (essential for this sector)
- Flexibility & adaptability—as a bank/agency practitioner, availability to respond to varying shifts is key
