Shifts: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday

About The Role
Welocalize is looking for a British Sign Language (BSL) Video & Media Specialist with experience in digital video, video editing, or media production.
In this role, you will work with digital video and audio content, helping identify and resolve technical issues and ensuring content meets quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Review and troubleshoot digital video and audio content.
- Identify and resolve video playback and technical issues.
- Check video content for quality and consistency.
- Identify recurring issues and help develop solutions.
- Work with digital and streaming video content.
- Support a fast-paced, high-volume content environment.
- Use spreadsheets and other tools to track and manage information.

What We're Looking For
Required
- Strong proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL).
- 2+ years of experience in digital video, video editing, media production, or a related field.
- Good understanding of common video and audio technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have
- Experience with streaming or subscription video platforms.
- Experience in film, television, broadcasting, or digital media.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills.
- Knowledge of another language.
