Job Opportunity at Mind Your Language, Inc.

Mind Your Language, Inc. is seeking NRCPD-registered BSL/English interpreters for an on-site studio production in Hoxton, London, beginning 1 September 2026 and running through the end of the year.

You will work on set with Deaf talent and a small crew, providing full communication access in a creative production environment.

  • Provide BSL/English interpreting between the crew and Deaf talent throughout the shoot day
  • Support the talent with questions of tone, register, and meaning in specific portions of the script
  • Work collaboratively with a minimal crew in a studio setting

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • One-hour lunch break
  • 9 hours paid per day
  • Preparation time paid

Requirements

  • NRCPD-registered (RSLI) BSL/English interpreter
  • Available on-site in Hoxton, London
  • Comfortable in a studio or production environment; media, film, or theatre experience welcome
  • Interest in script and language work, and in supporting Deaf registered Deaf BSL Translators
