About the role
We are looking for individuals with BSL (British Sign Language) and strong technical video knowledge with a background and work experience in video editing to join our We localize team in UK.

Job Details
- Location: UK
- Type of employment: Contract
- Project duration: 12 Months with Possible extension
- Working schedule: 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30 UK Standard Time with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break (40 hours/ week) * Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday shift
- Yearly Salary: £31,850/year
Successful candidates must have valid work authorization for the UK with no need for sponsorship
Key Qualifications
- British Sign Language (this is a must)
- Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry
- Possess a thorough working knowledge of common technical issues found in digital video and audio
- Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast paced, and changing environment
- 2-4 years of experience working with digital video
- Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot video/system playback issues and identify trends to propose short and long-term solutions
- Track record of responding quickly and decisively to issues
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ideal Candidate Experience
- Knowledge of subscription video content services and familiarity of their product offerings
- Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet knowledge
- Professional/advanced proficiency in any other language would be a big plus. (optional but valuable)
