The successful candidate will support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the venue, leading and developing a large team, maintaining excellent service standards, managing rotas and P and L, and supporting events and wider commercial activity.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Deputy Manager or similar
  • Experience within a high-volume restaurant, bar or hospitality environment
  • Strong people leadership and team management skills
  • A hands-on approach and excellent service standards
  • Commercial awareness, including experience with P and L and rotas
  • The confidence and energy to lead a busy operation
