Joining this team will give you end-to-end visibility across DAZN's entire live video workflow, from signal acquisition and production through playout, OTT headends, CDN distribution, playback services, and player technology. You'll have the opportunity to influence the future direction of our broadcast platforms, helping to deliver world-class viewing experiences while driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across our global business.
The Role
As a Broadcast & Streaming Platform Manager, you will play a key role in evolving and optimising DAZN's broadcast and streaming infrastructure. Working across multiple engineering and operational teams, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, influence technology decisions, and ensure new workflows and services are successfully integrated into the platform.

Acting as a technical bridge between internal teams and external suppliers, you'll help shape the future of DAZN's streaming capabilities while driving best practices, operational consistency, and service excellence. What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying, prioritising, and delivering technical improvements across DAZN's broadcast and streaming platforms
- Acting as a key technical point of contact for third-party suppliers and technology partners
- Leading investigations into technical issues, performing trend analysis, and implementing long-term improvements
- Managing device utilisation and capacity planning to ensure platform scalability and resilience
- Influencing project requirements and driving the transition of new solutions into Engineering Support
- Building strong relationships with technical and operational stakeholders across the business
- Communicating key platform developments, changes, and technical updates to engineering and operational teams
- Supporting the ongoing evolution of DAZN's end-to-end broadcast and streaming workflows
What You'll Bring

- Deep knowledge of broadcast and streaming engineering technologies
- Strong understanding of signal acquisition, production, transmission, encoding, and content distribution workflows
- Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences of varying technical backgrounds
- Proven experience building relationships across multiple teams and seniority levels to deliver collaborative outcome
It's even better if you have:
- Experience working with third-party technology vendors and suppliers
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based broadcast deployments
- Knowledge of orchestration technologies and automation frameworks
- Experience using scripting and data analysis to monitor performance and drive platform improvements
- A passion for innovation and improving large-scale media delivery systems
