Help Shape the Future of Broadcast Technology

Are you an experienced Broadcast Engineer looking to play a key role in the industry's transition from SDI to IP?
At SIS, we're investing in the future of broadcast technology and are looking for a Broadcast Solutions Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects involving SMPTE ST 2110, IP-based workflows, and leading-edge broadcast solutions.

As a business, we're large enough to deliver major broadcast projects, but small enough for you to make a real impact. You'll work alongside talented colleagues, collaborate with customers and suppliers, and help design and deliver the next generation of broadcast systems.

About the Role

Reporting to the Broadcast Solutions Manager, you will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of broadcast systems, supporting installations, migrations, and technology transformation projects across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
