- Contract Type / Length: Permanent
- Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge (free on-site parking)
- Shift Pattern: 7 x 12-hour shifts per fortnight, including weekends
About the Role:
IMG Studios is looking for an experienced Broadcast Technology Engineer to support our live studios, transmission, and post-production facilities.
This role is suited to an established engineer with a strong technical background in modern broadcast systems, IP-based infrastructure, and fault diagnosis. We are not looking for candidates seeking an entry-level opportunity or their first engineering position.

Working within a fast-paced live broadcast environment, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting critical broadcast systems used across some of the industry's most prestigious live productions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support across studio, transmission, and post-production environments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting live broadcast operations.
- Support and maintain IP-based broadcast infrastructure and production systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
- Support engineering projects, upgrades, and technology deployments.
- Work closely with operational teams, clients, and production stakeholders.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and continual service improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and technical records.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience within a Broadcast Engineering, Broadcast Technology, or Production Engineering environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Experience supporting live broadcast infrastructure in studio, post-production, or transmission environments.
- Solid understanding of broadcast workflows and live production operations.
- Experience supporting Windows, MacOS, servers, and broadcast applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective during live incidents.
