About the Role
A fast-growing FX brokerage in Essex is seeking a motivated Junior FX Broker to join their expanding dealing desk. This role is ideal for someone with at least 6 months’ experience in FX who is ready to take the next step into a professional, target-driven FX sales role.
You’ll be responsible for developing new business, developing client relationships, and supporting the owner and leadership team across Spot, Forward, and Hedging products. Full training, market guidance, and ongoing development are provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of SME and corporate clients across Essex and East London
- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold prospects to introduce FX solutions
- Support clients with trade execution across Spot and Forward contracts
- Assist senior dealers with market updates, trade preparation, and client strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow compliance procedures
- Deliver high-quality client service with a focus on retention and long-term relationships
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and revenue targets

Required Experience
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in FX broking
- Confident phone manner with resilience and energy
- Strong interest in financial markets and currency movements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, directors, and financial decision-makers
Desirable
- Understanding of Spot, Forward, and basic hedging products
- Local to Essex or East London
