FX Broker
Salary - £35-45k base plus high OTE
Location – Central London

Hybrid – One day from home 4 days in the offices

My client is a rapidly expanding, fully authorised payments institution operating within FX and payment solutions. They combine a relationship‑led account management model with a technology‑as‑a‑service platform, supported by established banking and liquidity partners. Backed by private equity, they’re entering a major scale‑up phase across headcount, territory, technology and service offering.

The Role
- New Business: Open new client accounts via phone and face‑to‑face outreach, using trained skills to maximise productivity and conversion.
- Account Management: Support trading clients with market insight, best‑practice strategies and ongoing relationship management.
- Market Knowledge: Build understanding of macroeconomics, currency strategy, cross‑market products and FX operations.
- Client Meetings: Organise and attend onsite, offsite and virtual meetings, leveraging team expertise where needed.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate client information, trading details, communication logs and requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Always refining skills, communication and market understanding.
About You
- Ambitious sales professional seeking uncapped six‑figure earnings (Year 1: £40–60k, Year 2: £60–100k, Year 3: £100–150k).
- Strong desire for growth, learning and high performance.
- Thrives in structured training environments and understands productivity.
- Professional, socially aware and commercially mature.
- Independent thinker with balanced decision‑making skills.
- Healthy relationship with targets, collaboration and accountability.

Desirable Experience
- Degree in Financial Markets, Economics, Finance or related field.
- 6–24 months B2B sales experience (Sales Executive / Sales Broker ).
- Knowledge of FX or financial markets.
- CRM experience.
- Cold‑calling background.
