Broker Business Development Manager – Home Based
Up to £65,000 - £80,000pa plus Performance Bonus & Benefits.
Bibby Financial Services are growing, and we’re looking for a Broker Business Development Manager to join our Asset Finance Team covering Scotland, Yorkshire & the North East. Our business is changing, and the best people are at the centre of our growth plan to build a significant name in the Asset Finance market. You will develop and originate direct and introduced business in all markets covered by Bibby Asset Finance across hard and soft assets, from a range of sources including Brokers, Accountants, wider BFS Teams across a regional area that you will develop and own.

What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with all the various Asset Finance functions (Risk, Finance, Sales Support, Pay Out & Activations) to ensure that all business is presented in a professional manner allowing a smooth transition through the new business process
- Manage a designated regional area, developing a deep understanding of opportunity within the patch and be visible across events, BFS offices, Introducer offices managed through a well curated contact and engagement strategy.
- Deliver new business volumes in line with required performance metrics (including advances, income and margin), KPIs and business budgets
- To act as an all-round business consultant helping external customers understand fully the products and procedures - protecting the interests of the Company.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all Vendors and end users.
- To prolong client/introducer life through excellent client service and building relationships
- To assist, where appropriate, the Sales Support / Customer Services – helping, where appropriate, in actioning queries raised in relation to ‘day to day’ business
- To actively work with the Risk and Collections team to control any situation of default which would potentially erode in the profitability of the Company. Helping secure at-risk assets and supporting the efficient disposal of those assets where requested.
- Prepare and submit a high-quality Credit application and analysis for deals – forwarding comprehensive/precise and appropriate information

Who are we looking for?
- Proven external sales experience specifically within commercial finance, leasing, or vendor finance.
- Proven ability to package complex transactions using diverse financial products.
- Clear understanding of both regulated and unregulated lending environments.
- Exceptional self-motivation to manage a large geographic region, maintain CRM hygiene, and consistently hit quarterly origination targets.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
