About the Company

Nassau Street Partners is seeking a driven and commercially minded Broker to join its business development team.

About the Role

This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role focused on speaking with companies that are considering raising capital. The Broker will engage directly with founders, CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives to understand their financing requirements, introduce Nassau Street Partners' capital advisory capabilities, and convert qualified opportunities into client engagements. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, financially literate, commercially aggressive, and comfortable managing a large pipeline of prospective clients.

This is fundamentally a sales and origination position. The majority of the Broker's day will be spent speaking directly with companies that are actively considering or preparing for a capital raise, developing relationships with management teams, qualifying opportunities, and converting those opportunities into Nassau Street Partners clients.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with prospective companies throughout the day regarding current or upcoming capital-raising requirements.
  • Engage directly with founders, CEOs, CFOs, and senior management teams.
  • Identify companies seeking equity, debt, or other forms of growth capital.
  • Qualify opportunities based on transaction size, company profile, financing requirements, and readiness to raise capital.
  • Present Nassau Street Partners' services, process, investor reach, and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Conduct introductory and follow-up calls with management teams.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and work toward closing new client engagements.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with active prospects.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of companies considering capital transactions.
  • Coordinate with the firm's senior team as opportunities progress toward engagement and execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
