Full time position

How you’ll help us make health happen

  • Act as the primary point of contact for intermediaries within their portfolio and deliver the highest level of customer care
  • Seek to resolve queries via emails and calls with both quality and productivity
  • Investigate issues for brokers, showing an ability to recognise trends of issues and be proactive in recommending solutions
  • Establish and develop effective relationships with brokers
  • Manage workload between enrolment and broker service effectively prioritising tasks based on importance and urgency
  • Facilitate administration work in renewal business
  • Provide the necessary support to our brokers in training such as online portal navigation and enrolment process

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Hold, or be eligible to obtain, an Insurance Agent License from the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (HKIA).
  • Meet the applicable academic and regulatory requirements, including passes in IIQE Papers I and II. Candidates who do not currently hold the licence but are able to obtain it within 3 months of employment are also welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrate fluency in both English and Cantonese and proficiency in written skills
  • Ability to work in an agile way - independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent people skills in managing brokers’ expectations
  • Ability to be empathetic whilst maintaining professional attitude.
  • First class numeracy skills to deal with complex claim, premium, commission queries accurately
  • A track record of achieving productivity and Quality Assurance
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective time management
