My client is a leading and growing commercial finance brokerage based in Kettering, supporting businesses across a range of funding solutions.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Broker Support Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who wants to build a long-term career within commercial finance, take on more responsibility and ultimately progress into a Team Leader / Management position.
They are particularly keen to speak with driven individuals who aren't just looking for their next job, but somewhere they can genuinely develop and progress.
The Role
Working closely with the brokerage team, you will play a key role in supporting brokers throughout the funding process, ensuring deals progress smoothly and clients receive an excellent level of service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Commercial Finance Brokers with new and existing client enquiries.
- Managing deals from initial application through to completion.
- Liaising with a wide range of lenders and funding partners.
- Collating client information and documentation required for funding applications.
- Preparing and submitting applications to lenders.
- Keeping clients, brokers and lenders updated throughout the process.
- Building strong relationships with lenders and understanding their individual lending criteria.
- Managing a busy pipeline of live opportunities.
- Ensuring CRM systems and deal records are kept accurate and up to date.
- Identifying any potential issues or delays and proactively helping to move deals forward.
- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team as you develop.
- Taking on increased responsibility as the business continues to grow.

My client is looking for somebody ambitious, organised and commercially minded who is keen to build a career within the commercial finance industry. You will ideally have:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of your workload.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- A genuine desire to develop your career and take on leadership responsibilities.
- The ambition to progress into a Team Leader / Management role as the team expands.

This role is 5 days per week office based in Kettering.
