Broker Support
Broking & Production Team
Key Responsibilities
- Support brokers with renewals, placements, and client servicing activities.
- Prepare contracts, endorsements, presentations, and market documentation.
- Liaise with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth account management.
- Proactively build close relationships with clients and markets.
- Monitor placement progress and maintain accurate records and systems.
- Assist with production initiative and reporting.
- Coordinate and build close relationships with claims, accounting, and compliance teams.
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within insurance or reinsurance broking/account management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of London Market processes and systems.
- Familiarity with Property proportional and non-proportional treaty structures.
- Experience handling multinational or complex reinsurance programmes.
- Understanding of bordereaux, premium settlements, and claims reporting.
