Broker Support

Broking & Production Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Support brokers with renewals, placements, and client servicing activities.
  • Prepare contracts, endorsements, presentations, and market documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth account management.
  • Proactively build close relationships with clients and markets.
  • Monitor placement progress and maintain accurate records and systems.
  • Assist with production initiative and reporting.
  • Coordinate and build close relationships with claims, accounting, and compliance teams.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within insurance or reinsurance broking/account management.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of London Market processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with Property proportional and non-proportional treaty structures.
  • Experience handling multinational or complex reinsurance programmes.
  • Understanding of bordereaux, premium settlements, and claims reporting.
