Brooke Sabel
It was a wine class in college that changed Brooke’s life. She immediately began to dive into studying all things wine, graduating with a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and set off to travel the world, earning certificates in Wine & Food Pairing in Palma de Mallorca, Spain and New South Wales, Australia. Her resume is impressive with over 22 years of experience in distribution, retail, restaurants, casino, and luxury resorts and has worked for such industry leaders as Sir Richard Branson, Wolfgang Puck and Bobby Flay. In the Spring of 2023, she joined Peay Vineyards as their National Sales & Marketing Director. After working with the wines throughout her career, Brooke is thrilled to be spreading the good word of Peay and their beautiful 53-acre estate vineyard on the West Sonoma Coast across the globe.
