We are delighted to offer an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our Histopathology team within our Berkshire and Surrey and Pathology Services as a Network Training and Development Manager - Histopathology.
This pivotal leadership role comes at a significant point in the evolution of our service. Over the past two years, the network has undergone a major transformation, achieving substantial improvements in performance.
- Our original authorisation rate against the 10-day target has increased from 23% to 73%, demonstrating the success of our improvement journey.
