What You’ll Be Doing
You will lead and manage the partnership with a defined number of high profile Key Accounts. By working collaboratively, you will agree and achieve jointly agreed strategic plans and objectives; thus delivering the sales and profit budget for those accounts. No two days are the same within this role, but here are some of the key accountabilities you will be involved in:
- Managing a number of National customers on an assigned ledger, building business relationships, gaining enquiries, and converting them to orders.
- Working with Credit Services to ensure customer payments are made on time and in full.
- Managing the Sales & profitability of each customer account in line with company expectations.
- Ensuring all customer deals in place are maximised to their full sales potential.
- Ensuring good customer contact is maintained on a regular call cycle, utilizing internal systems to track and chase all customer quotes.

Who You Are
We are looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, resilient, and resourceful, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for excellence. Additionally, being well-organised and planned goes without saying, as you will be responsible for building relationships with some of our biggest National customers remotely.

The successful candidate will ideally have:
- An attitude to succeed and a continuous improvement outlook
- Industry knowledge of pipeline, heating, or mechanical products would be advantageous, but not essential, as training will be provided
- Ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone and specifically video calls
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals
- Good working knowledge of company IT systems
