The Role
Deliver engaging, high-impact teaching across BTEC Sport Levels 2-3
Adapt lessons to suit the learning styles, schedules, and performance demands of academy players
Provide clear structure, academic guidance, and pastoral support
Work closely with education officers, coaches, and club welfare teams
Track progress, assess coursework, and maintain accurate learner records
Contribute to a culture of excellence, discipline, and personal development

About You
Qualified teacher, assessor, or tutor with experience delivering BTEC Sport
Strong understanding of athlete development, safeguarding, and FE frameworks
Confident working in fast-paced, elite sporting environments
Able to build rapport quickly and motivate learners with varied academic confidence
Organised, proactive, and committed to high standards
Enhanced DBS required
