Are you a delivery-focused Business Analyst who thrives on cutting through ambiguity and turning complex ideas into actionable digital solutions? We are hiring a Business Analyst Contractor to champion change across our core technology and business transformation initiatives. You’ll be the key link connecting business leaders, product teams, and engineering to deliver real business value.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Discovery: Facilitate engaging stakeholder sessions, interviews, and process-mapping workshops to capture core business needs.
  • Build Agile Artifacts: Transform complex needs into clear epics, user stories, process flows, and crisp acceptance criteria in Jira.
  • Optimize Operations: Analyze workflows to uncover friction points and design lean, automated future-state processes.
  • Deliver with Engineering: Work daily alongside Product Owners, Architects, and Dev teams during sprints to clarify edge cases and unblock delivery.
  • Validate & Launch: Own UAT framing, triage defects, and help business units smoothly adopt new tools and processes.

  • Track Record: 4+ years in BA contract roles supporting complex digital, cloud, or app delivery projects.
  • Agile Expertise: Master of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and fluent in Jira/Confluence.
  • Stakeholder Champion: Exceptional communication skills with a knack for managing competing priorities and executive expectations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable diving into data (Excel/Power BI) to back up recommendations with hard evidence.
  • Process Mindset: Skilled at visualizing end-to-end user journeys and process architectures.
