We're looking for ambitious, self-motivated professionals who are considering a career change and want to retrain as Financial Advisers through a structured development pathway. No previous adviser experience is required.
What You'll Do
As you progress towards becoming a qualified Financial Adviser, you'll learn how to:
- Build trusted relationships with clients
- Understand clients' financial goals and priorities
- Create tailored financial plans
- Advise on investments, retirement planning, protection and estate planning
- Deliver an outstanding client experience focused on long-term outcomes

Training & Development
Successful applicants will be assessed for entry into our adviser development programme, which includes:
- Structured training and mentoring
- Support towards professional qualifications
- Practical exposure to client-facing activities

- A clear pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser
Who We're Looking For
You may be looking for a new challenge and have experience in a customer-facing, sales, relationship management, recruitment, teaching, banking, hospitality, business development or similar role.
