BUILD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT BUSINESS

Business Director | Managing Director | Partner
London | UK & US Markets

Ever considered building your own recruitment business?

This may be the closest thing you'll find without taking the financial risk.

We're partnering with an established executive search business that has successfully scaled, exited and is now investing heavily in the growth of a specialist Contract & Interim division. The infrastructure is built, contractors are deployed, clients are secured and the foundations are firmly in place.

Now the focus is growth.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Business Developer, client-led recruiter or commercially focused 360 recruiter to help scale a specialist contract business across the UK and US markets.

This role is centred around relationships, business development and revenue generation.

We're not looking for someone to spend their day sourcing candidates.

We're looking for someone who can open doors, build strategic client partnerships and create opportunities within Professional Services and Consulting organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
