Build Delivery Manager

Telecoms experience needed

Contract | £350-£400 per day | Outside IR35

ECS Group are supporting a major telecommunications programme and are seeking an experienced Build Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mobile network site upgrades and rollout activities across a regional area.

This is an opportunity to join a large-scale network transformation programme focused on improving network coverage, connectivity, and reliability through the delivery of 4G and 5G infrastructure projects.

The Role

As Build Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of mobile network sites, managing activities from site nomination through to operational handover.

You will work closely with acquisition, design, build and deployment partners, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of mobile network and RAN site deployments.
  • Oversee site acquisition, design, build, upgrade and activation activities.
  • Manage suppliers, contractors and delivery partners to ensure delivery against programme objectives.
  • Monitor site progress, milestones and deployment schedules.
  • Manage risks, issues and escalations impacting site delivery.
  • Ensure robust governance and reporting processes are maintained.
  • Track site costs, forecasts and budgets.
  • Drive Health & Safety compliance across all delivery activities.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support network rollout and upgrade programmes to achieve delivery targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
