Build Delivery Manager
£425 per day outside IR35
About the Role
We’re looking for a Build Delivery Manager to play a key role in the delivery of a next-generation UK mobile network. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of RAN sites across a defined region, working with delivery partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure sites are designed, acquired, built and activated safely, on time and within budget.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced network deployment professional to play a key role in improving coverage, connectivity and reliability for customers across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end delivery of RAN sites from initial nomination through to handover into operations.
- Work closely with delivery partners and suppliers across design, acquisition, build and activation.
- Ensure sites are delivered to agreed timescales, quality standards and budgets.
- Manage relationships with internal teams, suppliers and wider stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues that could impact delivery.
- Ensure effective governance, reporting and processes are in place across the regional deployment programme.
- Monitor site costs against budgets and forecasts.
- Work collaboratively with partners to address delivery performance issues and escalations.
- Ensure all delivery activity meets Health & Safety, regulatory and company requirements.
- Promote a right-first-time approach to quality and delivery.
- Use data and insight to identify problems, make informed decisions and improve operational performance.

What We're Looking For
- Experience working on RAN deployment programmes, ideally across multiple suppliers, contracts and delivery partners.
- Technical knowledge and experience in one or more areas of network site deployment, such as design, acquisition or build.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements within network deployment environments.
- A strong focus on quality and delivering work right first time.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across complex delivery environments.
- Experience using data and insight to make informed operational and strategic decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies.
