Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

About you

You will need experience of winning new B2B business and the confidence to create opportunities rather than wait for them. We are likely to be a good match if you:

  • Are comfortable prospecting consistently and opening cold conversations
  • Ask direct questions, listen carefully and understand what matters commercially
  • Can build credibility with senior decision makers and handle challenging conversations constructively
  • Know how to qualify opportunities, maintain momentum and take responsibility for results

Experience selling SaaS, data or market intelligence would be useful. Construction knowledge could also help, but neither is required if your new business approach transfers.

Why CIS

CIS powered by Hubexo provides construction project intelligence that helps businesses find opportunities and make informed commercial decisions.

You’ll be working with an established proposition in a defined market, with a clear reason for customers to listen: better visibility of construction projects and opportunities that could support their growth. You’ll own the journey from first conversation to new customer.
