💡 Who we’re looking for
We’re particularly interested in ambitious professionals who have:
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Commercial drive
- Strong networking skills
- Resilience
- Business development experience
- A strong personal network or the ability to develop one
- The confidence and independence to work autonomously
- 5+ years’ professional experience and a track record of achievement
You might already run your own business. You might be in sales, recruitment, property, professional services, banking, mortgages, accountancy, law, consulting, or another relationship-led profession. Or you might simply have reached the point where you want more control over what you build and where your career can take you.
