Are you an ambitious, entrepreneurial professional who wants to build something of your own? At the St James’s Place Financial Adviser Academy, we’re looking for people who want to build a business, develop a client base and create something they can ultimately call their own.

You don’t need previous Financial Services experience. What you do need is entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, commercial drive, and the ability to build strong relationships.

💡 Who we’re looking for

We’re particularly interested in ambitious professionals who have:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • Commercial drive
  • Strong networking skills
  • Resilience
  • Business development experience
  • A strong personal network or the ability to develop one
  • The confidence and independence to work autonomously
  • 5+ years’ professional experience and a track record of achievement

You might already run your own business. You might be in sales, recruitment, property, professional services, banking, mortgages, accountancy, law, consulting, or another relationship-led profession. Or you might simply have reached the point where you want more control over what you build and where your career can take you.

Our Academy provides the training and support required to become a qualified Financial Adviser. From there, you have the opportunity to build relationships, develop your client base, and create a long-term practice within the St James’s Place partnership.
