Mojo is building a new network of Independent Business Representatives across Europe—city by city.

We are looking for ambitious, well-connected people who want to develop their local business market and build a portfolio that can generate recurring income.

You bring the relationships.
You open the conversations.
Mojo provides the products, technology, and support.

Tasks

One relationship. Multiple opportunities.
Mojo connects businesses with a growing range of financial services through regulated partners:

  • Business bank accounts
  • Physical and virtual business cards
  • Credit solutions
  • POS terminals and SoftPOS
  • In-store and online payments
  • Merchant Cash Advance and working capital
  • New business-finance products as they become available

Each customer can become more than a single sale. As businesses activate and use more eligible Mojo services, the value of your portfolio can grow.

What you will do

  • Meet business owners in your area, understand what they need and introduce them to Mojo.
  • You do not have to negotiate complex pricing, make credit decisions, or manage applications alone. Mojo and its product partners support the customer through presentation, compliance, contracting, and onboarding.
  • Your role is to create the relationship.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
