Your role:
- Build and execute your business strategy
- Drive sales and grow a profitable client book
- Lead and develop your own team when you’re ready
- Maintain compliance and operational standards
- Develop local market presence and partnerships

About you:
- 5+ years in UK general insurance, preferably in a broking, underwriting, or client-facing role
- Proven ability to win and retain clients
- Strong commercial mindset and leadership skills
- Ready to take ownership and build something of your own
