Role Description
The Builder role at LAZLINA SERVICES LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater London. The Builder will carry out day-to-day construction activities, including preparing and maintaining work areas, measuring and cutting materials, and constructing, repairing, or installing structures in line with project specifications. Builders are expected to maintain a clean and organized site and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in general building, construction, or related trades, with the ability to interpret basic plans and instructions.
- Proficiency in using common construction tools and equipment, and applying safe working practices on-site.
- Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to follow directions and work with diverse colleagues and contractors.
- Good physical stamina and the capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors as required.
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards relevant to construction environments.
- Prior building or construction experience in the UK is preferred; relevant vocational training or certifications (e.g., CSCS card) are an advantage.
