TWC Home Group Limited is looking for an experienced and dependable Builder to join our installations team.
You'll begin from our Headlands Grove premises in Swindon to collect the materials required for each job before travelling to customers' properties, generally located within approximately one hour of Swindon.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting our window, door and conservatory installations. You'll carry out the essential building work needed to prepare properties properly and ensure each installation can be completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Installing and replacing lintels
- Brickwork, blockwork and general masonry
- Constructing conservatory bases
- Ground preparation and foundation work
- Altering and preparing existing structural openings
- Carrying out general building work connected to window, door and conservatory installations
- Making good and completing remedial work following installations
- Working closely with our surveyors, fitters and installation managers
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and respectful of customers' homes
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a professional standard

About You
We're looking for an experienced all-round builder who can work confidently without constant supervision and takes genuine pride in producing a quality finish.
You Should Have
- Proven experience in brickwork, lintels, foundations and constructing bases
- Experience working on domestic properties
- Good practical problem-solving skills
- The ability to work from measurements and job specifications
- A professional and respectful manner when working in customers' homes
- Strong attention to detail
- A dependable and organised approach to work
- A full UK driving licence
Plastering Experience Would Be Desirable But Is Not Essential.
