Role Description
The Builder role at LAZLINA SERVICES LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position located in Greater London. The Builder will carry out construction, repair, and maintenance tasks, including preparing sites, laying foundations, building walls and structures, and installing fixtures as required.

Responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Reading and interpreting plans
- Measuring and cutting materials
- Operating hand and power tools
- Ensuring work meets safety and quality standards
- Coordinating with supervisors and other trades
- Keeping the work area organized
- Reporting progress or issues in a timely manner
The Builder will support projects from initial setup through completion, adhering to schedules and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Practical building skills, including experience with basic construction, bricklaying, carpentry, or general trade work.
- Ability to read and follow construction drawings, plans, and work instructions.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Strong physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a site-based team.
- Previous experience in building or construction roles in the UK is highly beneficial.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in construction or a related trade is an advantage.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
