Builder/Architect
This role will form a pivotal part of our standalone AI Agentics team, which sits independently, while working closely with the AI practice and wider business teams to design and build the agentic systems that power our AI deployments.
This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal time and be a key part in shaping our AI future!
Responsibilities
- Combine LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tool integration to create agents for real business use.
- Work closely with AI Agentics, Operations, and Client Services teams to design and develop agentic solutions.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements.
- Scope agent behaviour to align with defined business requirements.
- Build orchestration logic and tool integrations that enable agent functionality.
- Author clear documentation to support agent development and deployment.
- Create playbooks and standard operating procedures that others can build upon.
- Ensure agentic systems are designed correctly from the outset.
- Ensure agents behave safely and reliably when operating against real business systems.
- Support the successful implementation of agentic systems through robust design, governance, and documentation.

Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, or building applications and tools on top of large language models.
- Experience integrating agents with existing tools, APIs, and business systems.
- Ability to translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements and effective agent designs.
- Strong pattern recognition and system knowledge, with the ability to understand how platforms and processes fit together.
- Experience authoring SOPs, playbooks, and technical documentation that others can follow and build upon.
- Proven ability to work across Operations, Development, and Client Services to scope high-impact use cases.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical specialists and business users.
- Experience working in a fast-paced change environment.
