Building Concierge
Our client is a well-established property organisation with a growing portfolio of mixed-use and commercial assets. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Concierge to join their Property Management team in Manchester.
This is a customer-focused role, acting as the face of the building and ensuring a first-class experience for tenants, visitors and contractors while supporting the day-to-day management of a busy multi-let property.
Your new role
As Concierge, you will act as the front-of-house representative for a flagship mixed-use building, providing exceptional customer service whilst supporting building operations, health & safety compliance and contractor management activities.
Working closely with the Property Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the building remains safe, welcoming and professionally managed, while developing strong relationships with occupiers and visitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to tenants, visitors and stakeholders.
- Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
- Respond to building queries and maintenance issues.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors attending site.
- Complete a range of administrative and reporting tasks.
- Undertake routine property inspections.
- Manage post, parcels, keys and CCTV systems.
- Administer access control systems, including issuing access cards and producing reports.
- Support compliance with Health & Safety and statutory requirements.
- Assist with tenant onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate building records and documentation.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to service improvements.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within a Concierge, Front of House or Property Management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A positive, proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Experience working within a commercial property or facilities environment would be advantageous.

Location: Manchester
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (8:00am - 5:30pm)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
