We are looking to appoint a Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control Team.
The post holders will work in a picturesque rural Borough and help to ensure new buildings, alterations, installations and extensions meet the regulatory standards of safety, sustainability, accessibility and design.
You will be registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2a (minimum) Building Inspector and have a relevant degree, membership of an appropriate professional Institute (RICS or CABE) and a minimum 2 years’ experience in a Building Control section.
