Location: Hursley, SO21 2JN
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

In this role as Building Fabric Technician / Handyperson, you will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises. The Fabric Technician / Handyperson will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times. Be professional and readily interacting with our client / tenants as required.

As our Building Fabric Technician / Handyperson, you will:
- Install, maintain and repair fabric systems and components
- Install and maintain a host of different fabric aspects
- On occasions assist with other duties including plumbing PPM and reactive tasks
- Diagnose and correct problems
- Select appropriate materials and provide advice to clients, contractors and other professionals
You must have basic knowledge of either plumbing or carpentry.
Our Ideal candidate will need to have:
- Recognised industry qualifications, equivalent training programme in either mechanical / plumbing / carpentry. Or previous experience in a similar role.
- Broad knowledge and experience of building services systems, maintenance management and health and safety procedures.
- IT Literate.
- Valid UK Driving license

You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
