We are looking for a professional, friendly and proactive Building Host to provide an exceptional front-of-house experience for tenants and visitors at a commercial building in South Manchester.
Key Responsibilities...
- Meet and greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
- Notify tenants of visitor arrivals and manage calls and enquiries.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, visitors and on-site teams.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation across reception and lobby areas.
- Carry out daily building checks and report maintenance or cleaning issues.
- Liaise with cleaning, security and maintenance teams.
- Assist with building procedures, including fire tests and planned evacuations.
- Maintain accurate tenant and emergency contact information.
- Support the Building Manager with administration, reporting and general office duties.
- Provide local area knowledge and proactively assist visitors and tenants.
- Maintain high standards of security, confidentiality and customer service.

Experience & Skills...
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in Reception, Front of House, Concierge or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confident and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise and use initiative.
- Proactive, flexible and customer-focused attitude.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong written English, spelling and grammar.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
