We are looking for a professional, friendly and proactive Building Host to provide an exceptional front-of-house experience for tenants and visitors at a commercial building in South Manchester.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Meet and greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
  • Notify tenants of visitor arrivals and manage calls and enquiries.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, visitors and on-site teams.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation across reception and lobby areas.
  • Carry out daily building checks and report maintenance or cleaning issues.
  • Liaise with cleaning, security and maintenance teams.
  • Assist with building procedures, including fire tests and planned evacuations.
  • Maintain accurate tenant and emergency contact information.
  • Support the Building Manager with administration, reporting and general office duties.
  • Provide local area knowledge and proactively assist visitors and tenants.
  • Maintain high standards of security, confidentiality and customer service.

Experience & Skills...

  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in Reception, Front of House, Concierge or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, confident and approachable manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise and use initiative.
  • Proactive, flexible and customer-focused attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong written English, spelling and grammar.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
