As the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and contractors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a high-quality office building.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and takes pride in delivering a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience for all visitors and occupiers.
  • Welcome guests, manage visitor arrivals, and maintain site security procedures.
  • Respond to enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Build positive relationships with occupiers and support tenant engagement activities.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings, events, and workplace initiatives.
  • Support environmental, social and community engagement programmes.
  • Conduct regular checks of communal areas and report maintenance or cleaning issues.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to maintain high building standards.
  • Manage deliveries, post notifications, and general occupier requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider facilities and property management team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
