Job Title: Registered Building Inspector – Class 3H

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Building Inspector – Class 3H for an exciting contract opportunity.

📍 Location: Fully Remote

📅 Duration: 6 months initially, with potential for extension

💼 Role: Building Inspector – Class 3H

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist building control expertise across complex and higher-risk buildings
  • Assess compliance with Building Regulations and relevant technical standards
  • Support building control activities throughout the regulatory process
  • Review technical information, drawings, and compliance documentation
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
  • Support investigations, enforcement, and regulatory decision-making
  • Contribute to technical policy, guidance, and operational standards
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams on building safety and compliance matters
