Maintenance Engineer
Based Marylebone, London
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 1pm – 10pm
- 1 Saturday a month: 8am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake standard PPMs, including but not limited to:
- Flushing
- Tap temps
- POU water heater servicing
- Expansion vessel checks
- Calorifier checks
- FCU servicing
- DB board inspections
- Weekly tests and emergency light checks
- General handyman tasks across the client’s floors
- Room furniture setups for meetings and events
- Porterage duties as required

- 18th Edition
- Legionella awareness trained
- IPAF & PASMA
- IOSH certified
- Simmtronic lighting system trained
