£48,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge? Join a dynamic Facilities Management team, maintaining a critical and corporate building in Farringdon.
Duties
You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering day team responsible for maintaining critical backup, and M&E systems. Your duties will include:
- Performing planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E and HVAC systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building.
- Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a critical environment.
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Engineer in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of M&E Building Services
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
