BDS Contracts is a Northern Ireland based contractor delivering facilities management, roofing, rail infrastructure, painting, grounds maintenance and civil works. We work with clients in the public sector across the province.
Building Maintenance Officer
Based at our Hillsborough office, with regular travel to client sites across Northern Ireland.

- Oversee day-to-day running of live projects
- Assign and coordinate labour, plant and materials across sites
- Manage small clerical and administrative works
- Report directly to the company directors
Essential:
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to run several jobs at once
- Confident communicator with site teams, clients and subcontractors
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable:
- Relevant construction, building services or facilities management qualification (e.g. NVQ, HNC or degree)
- IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Previous experience in a supervisory or project support role
