BUILDING MANAGER

Trinity Estates

DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

You will oversee a vibrant, mixed-use residential development at the heart of Canning Town’s regeneration, with homes, shops and community facilities arranged around a revitalised market square. It’s a lively, people-focused environment where you’ll get to know residents and retailers alike, balancing the needs of a modern urban community. With Canning Town station, a short walk away and Jubilee line/DLR connections reaching central London in around 20 minutes, you’ll be part of a well-connected, evolving neighbourhood.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the on-site lead for building operations, resident experience and safety, keeping the development running smoothly each day. You will co-ordinate contractors, manage compliance and maintenance, and be a visible, approachable presence for residents and commercial occupiers.

What Success Looks Like

  • The development runs safely and compliantly, with accurate records and audits ready at all times.
  • Planned and reactive maintenance is delivered on schedule, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Common areas are consistently clean, secure and well-presented, reflecting pride in the place.
  • Vendors and contractors are well-briefed, supervised and held to clear service expectations.
  • Communication is timely and clear, with issues anticipated and escalated appropriately.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
