Building Manager & Front of House (FOH)

Location: Central London (Zone 1) – Primary Building
Virtual oversight of secondary building (Zone 2)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)
On-site, 5 days per week

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Building Manager & Front of House (FOH) to take full-time responsibility for a flagship Central London building, with additional virtual oversight of a secondary building as required.

This is a client-facing, hands-on role requiring exceptional customer service, strong tenant engagement skills, and confidence in contractor management. A solid understanding of building systems and compliance requirements is also important.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, resilient and comfortable working independently. This is a hands-on role where you’ll need to take ownership, identify issues and find practical solutions rather than waiting for direction.

The environment won’t always be perfect, so you’ll need to be comfortable coming into a role where there is work to do, bringing structure where needed and making things happen with limited supervision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
