Building / Estates Manager

Location: Limelight, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1JH

Working pattern: Monday–Friday | Fully site-based

About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Building / Estates Manager to take ownership of Limelight, a Grade A office scheme comprising three interconnected buildings and an underground car park.

With an on-site café, gym, business lounge and shower facilities, this is a high-quality destination where the tenant experience really matters.

You’ll be the visible presence on site, responsible for ensuring the estate is safe, well maintained and operating to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with tenants, contractors and internal teams, solving issues quickly and making sure things are followed through.

The opportunity

This is more than a reactive building management role. We’re looking for someone who can bring ideas and improve the way the site operates, particularly around ESG, sustainability and tenant engagement.

You’ll be responsible for:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
