Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Location: London W1

Salary: £50,000 up to £60,000 depending on experience

Role: Experienced 5* Building Manager needed to be the primary point of contact for this luxury residential development in Marylebone.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of all common areas and building systems.
  • Deliver high-quality concierge-style service, maintain property standards.
  • Manage staff and contractors and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and lease covenants.
  • Inspire and lead a team of Concierge staff.
  • Work effectively with contractors.
  • Identify innovative and efficient ways to deliver a world-class lifestyle concierge provision.
  • Chair and participate in team and contractor meetings.
  • Ensure agreed Key Performance Indicators for internal and third-party contracts are being evaluated and recorded.
  • Increase H&S awareness and promote a positive H&S culture.
  • Manage the site budget.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years prior experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with residential building documentation including the lease, ASTs, Mechanical and Engineering manuals, drawings, engineer reports, compliance certificates, and PPM planners.
  • Excellent professional communication skills.
  • Be proactive and personable.
