Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Location: London W1
Salary: £50,000 up to £60,000 depending on experience
Role: Experienced 5* Building Manager needed to be the primary point of contact for this luxury residential development in Marylebone.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of all common areas and building systems.
- Deliver high-quality concierge-style service, maintain property standards.
- Manage staff and contractors and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and lease covenants.
- Inspire and lead a team of Concierge staff.
- Work effectively with contractors.
- Identify innovative and efficient ways to deliver a world-class lifestyle concierge provision.
- Chair and participate in team and contractor meetings.
- Ensure agreed Key Performance Indicators for internal and third-party contracts are being evaluated and recorded.
- Increase H&S awareness and promote a positive H&S culture.
- Manage the site budget.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years prior experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with residential building documentation including the lease, ASTs, Mechanical and Engineering manuals, drawings, engineer reports, compliance certificates, and PPM planners.
- Excellent professional communication skills.
- Be proactive and personable.
