The role
We’re looking for a hands-on Building Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of Quinton Business Park, with oversight of Geneva House.
This is a standalone role, based from Building 4 at Quinton Business Park. There isn’t an on-site team, so we’re looking for someone who is self-sufficient, proactive and comfortable taking ownership. You’ll have wider support from our Facilities and Security teams at Brindleyplace when you need to escalate an issue, but day to day, you’ll be the person making sure the buildings run smoothly.
You’ll be the visible on-site representative for Praxis, working closely with tenants, contractors, Property Management and Facilities Management to ensure the buildings are safe, well maintained and professionally presented.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
