The Role
Act as the Building Performance Engineer on the Wakefield Council contract, ensuring effective management of facilities engineering services.
- Support the Compliance Manager in delivering high-performing engineering services across client sites.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and guide regional managers on statutory compliance.
- Monitor facility occupancy and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Provide technical support on energy and sustainability innovations.

You
- 5+ years of experience in managing multi-site FM contracts.
- Strong knowledge of compliance practices and auditing in corporate environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Health And Safety Qualifications, Engineering Qualifications Preferred.
- Ability to influence change and mentor others.
