Salary: circa ÂŁ120,000 basic + 15% bonus

Benefits:

I’m working with an established and growing specialist consultancy that is looking to appoint a Building Regulations Director to lead and grow its BRPD / Building Regulations service.

And this is a little different to your usual Director role.

You’ll join the Board, take ownership of the Building Regulations service and have a genuine opportunity to shape how this part of the business develops. There are also immediate growth shares in the business, meaning you’re not just joining to grow the company, you’ll have a stake in that growth.

The Role?

  • Leading and developing the BRPD / Building Regulations service
  • Growing existing client relationships and winning new business
  • Providing senior technical leadership across Building Regs and Building Safety
  • Building and developing the team as the service grows
  • Working closely with the existing Board and wider leadership team
  • Helping shape the wider strategy and direction of the business

The company are looking for an experienced Building Regulations / BRPD professional who is commercially minded, confident with clients and ready to have a genuine influence on a business.

You could already be a Director / Associate Director / Head of Building Regulations, or you may be at the point in your career where you’re ready to take that next step. The key thing is that you want to build something.
