A growing and supportive multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Building Safety Consultant to be part of its supportive and close-knit London-based team.
This role offers the opportunity to support, and when ready, lead on a range of building safety projects across residential portfolios, providing technical advice, undertaking surveys to identify defects, developing remedial solutions, and supporting compliance with current building safety legislation. You will contribute to safety case documentation, resident engagement materials, and regulatory submissions, while working closely with clients to manage risk and improve building safety outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a background in building surveying, architecture, or a related discipline, strong knowledge of building safety regulations, and the confidence to manage projects while developing client relationships.
